This website collects almost nothing. This page explains exactly what it does collect, why, and how to reach us about it.
What this website collects by itself
Nothing. The booking page does not store, submit or transmit anything. When you fill it in, your browser builds a WhatsApp message on your own device, and nothing is sent until you press send inside WhatsApp.
With your permission, we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people find useful. It sets cookies only after you press Accept on the cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time from Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. Google processes this data under its own terms.
The enquiry form
The contact form is the only place where you give this site personal details. The name, email address and message you enter are processed by Web3Forms and delivered to [email protected]. To stop automated spam, the form uses an hCaptcha check, run by a separate company under its own privacy policy. We use your details only to reply to your enquiry.
We keep enquiry emails only as long as needed to answer and follow up on them.
Health information
Please do not send medical details, reports or images through the enquiry form. If you need to discuss a clinical matter, call us or message us on WhatsApp.
Under the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, health information is sensitive personal data and is treated accordingly.

This notice is given under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. You may ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it.
